Free Czech language course through the Labour Office

If you are a foreigner living in the Czech Republic and you are interested in improving your Czech language skills, you can take advantage of the possibility of financing a Czech language course through the Labour Office. Below you will find the procedure on how to do this.

Are you registered with the Job Centre? Great! You're not? Never mind!

If you have been registered with the Labour Office for at least one month, please indicate that you are interested in training courses, including Czech language courses. If you are not registered, it is only possible to apply for retraining, and the Czech language for foreigners is included in the offer of retraining courses.

Applying for a course: after registering, ask your advisor at the Labour Office to enrol you in a Czech language course. The Job Centre will cover the cost of the course for those who meet certain criteria.

Filling in the form: To simplify the process, we have prepared a form that you can fill out right here on our website. This form will give us all the information we need to register you for our Czech course.

Confirmation and inclusion in the course: Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm and provide you with all further information about the course, including start date and schedule.
